Position: Full-Time Sports Director

Responsibilities:
- Create Local Sports Content: Write and report on local sports stories.
- Conduct Interviews: Capture video and audio interviews with athletes and coaches.
- Anchor Sportscasts: Deliver engaging local sportscasts.
- Digital Posting: Update website and social media with sports stories.
- Play-by-Play: Lead regional high school sports broadcasts.
- Community Engagement: Participate actively in community events.
Requirements:
- Location: Must live in or near Atlantic, Iowa.
- Experience: Familiarity with small-market, local radio.
- Community Involvement: Commitment to local engagement.
- Flexibility: Available for some evenings and weekends.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled with broadcasting equipment and digital tools.
