(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released its latest arrest report from October 26 to November 16. The arrests range from one drug trafficking arrest one assault, to numerous OWI arrests. The arrests are listed below.
On November 16th, 2023, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joel White, 29, of Council Bluffs, on a warrant for Violation of Probation. White was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.
On November 14th, 2023, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin Knutsen, 37, of Cumberland, on the charge of Disorderly Conduct. Knutsen was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held pending his later release after seeing the Magistrate.
*On November 14th, 2023, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Paul Jessen, 54, of Atlantic, on a United States Marshal’s Office warrant. During this arrest, Jessen was found to have a controlled substance and charged with drug trafficking. Jessen was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.
*On November 6th, 2023, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gail Christensen, 65, of Cumberland, on the charge of OWI 3rd Offense. Christensen was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held pending his later release on his recognizance.
*On November 5th, 2023, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Apolonia Tilipou, 35, of Oakland, on the charge of OWI 1st Offense. Tilipou was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and held pending her later release on her recognizance.
*On November 2nd, 2023, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Zachary Frank, 40, of Atlantic, on the charges of Driving Under Suspension and Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle. Frank was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
*On October 30th, 2023, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cody Pleis, 32, of Atlantic, on two warrants for Violation of Probation. Pleis was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.
*On October 28th, 2023, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tammy Pringnitz, 53, of Pflugerville, TX, on the charge of OWI 1st Offense. Pringnitz was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and held pending her later release after time served.
*On October 26th, 2023, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sean McCormick, 21, of Villisca, on a warrant for Assault While Displaying a Dangerous Weapon. McCormick was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
