(Panorama, IA) – The ACGC boys won the Class 1A state cross-country meet with a total of 26 points. ACGC featured three runners in the top ten in the final results. Andrew Mahaffey finished in second at 16:53.0 while Gavin Sloss came in third at 17:32.3. Noah Kading came in ninth place for ACGC at 17:54.9 to finish off the top ten finishers for ACGC. Ogden featured first-place finisher Carson Van Sickle as he finished at 16:52.0, just one second before Mahaffey of ACGC. Boyer Valley featured fourth-place finisher Dane Gorham at 17:36.8. Tri-Center had the fifth-place finisher Brennan Boden at 17:39.8. Panorama had the sixth-placed finisher Noah Poldberg at 17:40.3. Riverside had three top ten finishers including Brody Henderson in seventh at 17:42.3 and Mason McCready in eighth at 17:48.8. The Bulldogs also featured Dawson Henderson in tenth at 17:57.0.
