Man Hurt in Guthrie County ATV Accident

(Guthrie County) A Dallas Center man suffered serious injuries in an ATV accident in Guthrie County.

The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office says the accident happened at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday on a trail on private property of 3136 Wagon Road north of Stuart. Authorities say 19-year-old Jack Matthew Winter suffered serious injuries in the crash.

According to the report, Winter lost control of the ATV and crashed into a tree. Life Flight airlifted Winter to Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.
