Fremont County Sheriff’s Report

(Fremont Co) The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Sonya Lynn Holmes, of Hamburg, on September 17^th for Attempted Murder, Going Armed with Intent, Domestic Abuse While Armed, and Reckless use of a Firearm. Holmes was released after posting $25,000 cash/surety bond.

In other activity, 31-year-old Shelby Lynn Ross, of Shenandoah, was arrested September 22^nd on three active Fremont County warrants for Violation of Probation. In September 2020, a warrant was issued for Ross and she was arrested for Violation of Probation. In October of 2020, Ross was released after her bond was lowered by the court. In December of 2020, another warrant was issued for Ross. Ross continued to actively evade authorities from December of 2020 through September of 2023. Shenandoah Police, acting on a tip, made contact with a vehicle in Rapp Park near Shenandoah on September 20, 2023. While attempting to arrest her on felony warrants out of both Fremont and Mills counties, Ross produced a knife and caused a self-inflicted injury requiring emergency medical treatment. Ross was taken by an ambulance to a Nebraska Trauma Center. On September 22, Fremont County Deputies conducted a felony traffic stop on a vehicle in the 600 block of Park Street in Tabor. Ross, a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested without further incident. Ross was held at the Fremont County Jail on $10,000 cash bond and on an out of county warrant.

Megan Nicole Miller, 30, of Nebraska City, Nebraska, was arrested September 24^th for Criminal Mischief 2^nd Offense. Miller was released after posting bond.

Sebastion Christopher Schueth, 21, of Nebraska City, Nebraska, was arrested September 23^rd for Possession of Marijuana 1^st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Schueth was held on $1,000 cash/surety bond.

Ronald Elroy Hankins, 67, of Tabor, was arrested September 22^nd on a Fremont County warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on $300 bond.

Sherry Danette Young, 46, of Maryville, Missouri, was arrested September 21^st on a Fremont County warrant for Failure to Appear. Young was held on $10,000 cash/surety bond and warrants for outside agencies.

Ashley Nicole Parker, 38, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was arrested September 21^st on a Fremont County warrant. Parker was released on time-served after pleading guilty.

Shelia Marie Henrey, 60, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was arrested September 21^st on a Fremont County warrant. Henrey was released on time-served after pleading guilty.

William Colton Hopkins, 25, of Colfax, was arrested September 20^th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hopkins was released on time-served after pleading guilty.

Skylar Ray Buller, 31, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested September 16^th at the Douglas County, Nebraska, jail on two Fremont County warrants for Violation of Probation. Buller was held at the Fremont County Jail on $20,000 cash/surety bond.

Mathew Steven McClarnon, 53, of Braddyville, was arrested September 15^th on an outside agency warrant. McClarnon was released after posting bond.

Jeremy Charles Faust, 23, of Thurman, was arrested September 15^th for Criminal Mischief 5^th Degree and was released to an outside facility.

Clayton Nathaniel Parsons, 35, of Hamburg, was arrested September 15^th on an outside agency warrant. Parsons was transferred to an outside agency.
