(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
Nicholas Renner, 29, of Atlantic, was arrested September 21st on two warrants for Violation of Probation. Renner was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Jonathon Jones, 36, of Houston, Texas, was arrested September 20th on warrants for Theft 1st Degree and Burglary 3rd Degree. Jones was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Casey Anders, 40, of Walker, Missouri, was arrested September 17th on the charge of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Anders was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Kenny Carl, 64, of Harlan, was arrested September 15th on a warrant for Harassment 3rd Degree. Carl was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
