(Audubon) The Audubon City Clerk’s Office and other city agency offices will soon relocate to the former Audubon State Bank Building.
Audubon City Clerk Joe Foran presented the City Council on Monday with one dozen items that need to be worked on when they move.
The city purchased the former bank building for $150,000, financed by the Audubon State Bank, at a ten-year loan at a four-percent annual rate.
