Atlantic Police Report

(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department reports five arrests and one citation.

Louis Chipenson, 36, of Atlantic, was arrested September 2^nd for Operating While Under the Influence 2^nd Offense and Public Intoxication. He was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

Jarrit Smith, 20, of Atlantic, turned himself in on warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana). Smith posted bond and was released.

Edward Parrott Jr., 29, of Council Bluffs, was arrested September 8^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. He was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

Tyler Pottorff, 38, of Anita, was arrested September 8^th for Disorderly Conduct. He was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

Cody Pleis, 32, of Atlantic, was arrested September 9^th for Violation of a No Contact Order. He was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in and held.

Mikayla Waldron, 22, of Atlantic, was cited into court and released on September 1^st for Theft 5^th.
