(Montgomery Co) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says over the last several months they have been conducting multiple investigations on the distribution of methamphetamine. The Sheriff’s Office executed six search warrants between September 5th and 7th. As a result of the search warrants, a large amount of methamphetamine and cash were seized with numerous felony charges filed.
On September 5th, at 10:34 a.m., a search warrant was conducted at 107 E Elm Street in Red Oak. 26-year-old Destiny Anderson was charged with one count of Delivery of Methamphetamine over 5 grams, two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine, and one count of Unauthorized use of a Credit Card. Bond was set at $100,000.
On September 5th, at 11:51 a.m., a search warrant was conducted at 121 W 3rd Street in Villisca. A large amount of meth and cash were seized. 60-year-old Bruce Fitzwater was charged with two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine, one count of Delivery of Methamphetamine over 5 Grams, and one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine. Bond was set at $100,000.
On September 6th, at 1:00 p.m., a search warrant was conducted at 801 N 4th Street in Red Oak. A large amount of schedule two prescription drugs was seized. 32-year-old Dustin Huneke was charged with one count of Delivery of Marijuana and one count of Delivery of a Schedule Two Prescription Drug. Bond was set at $100,000.
On September 7th, at 11:44 a.m., a search warrant was conducted at 106 W Walnut Street in Red Oak. A large amount of meth and cash were seized. 59-year-old Dale Sawtelle was charged with three counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine and one count of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver. Bond was set at $25,000.
On September 7th, at 8:43 a.m., a search warrant was conducted at 1660 E Summit Street, Apartment 103, in Red Oak. A large amount of meth and cash were seized. 62-year-old Ronald Dean Kammerer Jr. was charged with one count of Delivery of Methamphetamine over 5 Grams and one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine. Several felony drug charges are pending. Bond was set at $25,000.
On September 7th, at 12:06 p.m., a search warrant was conducted at 1507 N 1st Street in Red Oak. A large amount of meth and cash were seized. 53-year-old Fred Welch IV was charged with three counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine and one count of Possession of Methamphetamine over 5 Grams. Bond was set at $25,000.
