(Creston) A judge is reducing the bond for a Creston man facing charges of sexual abuse. Last Friday, a judge reduced Ryan Kissell’s bond from 750 thousand to 250 thousand dollars. Kissell also will wear a GPS monitor if he bonds out.
Authorities arrested the former Nodaway Valley football coach on August 16 on 20 counts of sexual abuse, 2nd degree, 25 counts of lascivious acts with a child, and one count of sexual abuse.
His next court date has not been scheduled yet.
