(Council Bluffs) Council Bluffs Police officers were dispatched to Ulta Beauty at 3502 Metro Drive on Tuesday for a Theft.
The investigation revealed that three suspects, one black male and two black females, entered the store at approximately 2:39 pm. The male stood at the front door while the females quickly loaded up a large amount of merchandise into large bags. All three suspects wore masks. They fled the scene in a gray vehicle with no plates.
