(Harlan) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office released its latest arrest report on Wednesday.
7-29-23-James Joseph Sheehan, age 35, Harlan, IA, was arrested after a call for service in the 2500 block of 12th St in Harlan. Sheehan was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st.
7-31-23-Robin Elaine Andersen, age 60, Harlan, IA, was arrested following a traffic stop at 12th and Tarkington St. in Harlan. Andersen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving While Revoked.
8-1-23-Glenn Edward Summers Jr, age 41, Irwin, IA, was arrested on an active Shelby County Warrant for Failure to Appear and Interference with Official Acts.
8-1-23-Omar Barquero Flores, age 34, Harlan, IA, was arrested in the 1100 block of Chatburn Ave, in Harlan. Flores was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication, Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Controlled Substances.
8-2-23-Jordan Travis Lee Comstock, age 26, Harlan, IA, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of 12th St. Comstock was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving While Barred and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
8-4-23-Michael Joseph Fleming, age 37, Council Bluffs, IA, was charged with Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations.
8-5-23-Susan Elizabeth Moore, age 26, Council Bluffs, IA, was arrested following a call for service in the 800 block of Linden Rd. Moore was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication.
8-5-23-Melissa Lynn Patten, age 43, Missouri Valley, IA, was arrested following a call for service in the 300 block of 4th St in Harlan. Patten was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication.
8-5-23-Laura Lynn Madden, age 39, Harlan, IA, was arrested following a call for service in the 300 block of 4th St in Harlan. Madden was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication.
8-7-23-Albert Alexander Johnson, age 37, Harlan, IA, was arrested following a call for service in the 600 block of Court St in Harlan, IA. Johnson was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Persons Ineligible to Carry Weapons.
8-7-23-Jason Robin Conway Emery, age 43, Shelby, IA, was arrested in the 3000 block of 12th St in Harlan. Emery was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving While his License was Revoked and OWI 3rd.
8-7-23-Amber Lea Nelson, age 38, Denison, IA, was arrested following a call for service in the 1800 block of Lincoln Ave in Harlan, IA. Nelson was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Keeping Premises or Vehicle for a Controlled Substance.
8-9-23-Robert James Allmon Jr, age 60, Dunlap, IA, was arrested following a traffic stop at Hwy 37 and Beech Rd. Allmon was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Speeding, Failure to Maintain or use Safety Belt, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Driving while License is Suspended.
