(Greenfield) On Wednesday morning, the Adair County Board of Supervisors approved the hiring of a new Deputy Auditor.
Adair County Auditor Mandy Berg says eight people applied for the job, and Nathan Reed was offered the job for $46,216.55.
In other business, Gwen Johnston, Administrator of the Veterans Affairs in Adair County, took over the job on August 1 for the retiring Duane Avey. The Board of Supervisors approved her stipend at $21.49 per hour.
