(Glenwood) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office made five arrests (one person was arrested twice in two days) and a shoplifting incident in Malvern.
On August 3, deputies arrested 63-year-old Randall Dean Herring of Council Bluffs for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Authorities set his bond at $2,000.00.
On August 5, deputies arrested 51-year-old Jessie Lee Simmons of Villisca on an Adams County Warrant. He was held on a $1,200 bond.
On August 6, deputies arrested Jesus Angel Perez-Franco of Council Bluffs for OWI. His bond is set at $1,000.
On August 6 and 7, deputies arrested 18-year-old Brok Uriah Brule of Glenwood for Violation of a No Contact Order on both days.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office received a report from the Dollar General Store in Glenwood of a 5th-degree theft. The report came in at 9:22 a.m. on August 2.
