(Creston) Two people were arrested on drug charges in Creston.
The Creston Police Department says Kevin Eugene Earley, 47, of Creston, was charged with two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st Offense, and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug. Earley was arrested Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Spruce and Devoe. He was held in the Union County Jail on $3,000 cash or surety bond.
Teresa Joan Earley, 46, was also arrested Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Spruce and Devoe. Early was charged with two counts of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st offense. She was transported to the Adams County Jail and later released on $1,300 bond.
In other activity, Rebekah Raelyn Moon, 44, was arrested Friday on a Union County warrant for Violation of Parole. Moon was transported to the Union County Jail and held on no bond.
Caleb Benjamin Bensky Fredrickson, 34, of Lorimor, was arrested Friday in the Fareway parking lot for Theft 5th – Conceal/Destroy Property. Fredrickson was transported to the Union County Jail and held on $6,000 cash or surety bond.
Nicki Renee Jones, 40, was arrested Sunday for Driving While Barred. Jones was transported to the Union County Jail and was later released on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
Christian Garcia-Vasquez, 23, was arrested Sunday at the Holiday Motel and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault 2nd Offense, False Imprisonment, and Possession of Marijuana. Garcia-Vasquez was taken to the Union County Jail and held on no bond.
