(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests between July 29th and August 6th.
Dalton Clark, 21, of Atlantic, was arrested August 6th for OWI 2nd Offense.
Tyler Mills, 33, of Atlantic, was arrested July 30th for Violation of a No Contact Order.
Robin Troxel, 44, of Atlantic, was arrested July 30th for Violation of a No Contact Order.
Jared Meisinger, 30, of Stanton, was arrested July 29th for OWI 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Tyler Schnapp, 28, of Oakland, was arrested July 29th for OWI 1st.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
