Vendors, Campers Setting Up Ahead Of The 2023 Iowa State Fair

(Des Moines, IA)  —  The 2023 Iowa State Fair’s opening day is less than week away, and workers are starting to set up on the fairgrounds.  Mindy Williamson, with the Iowa State Fair, says there’s always a few spots open.  Williamson says the fairgrounds open up to unregistered campers on Sunday.  There are more than three-thousand camper and RV spots in the State Fair Campgrounds.  The Iowa State Fair runs from August 10th through the 20th.
