(Adair Co) An Anita man was arrested in Adair County on Criminal Mischief charges.
On July 23rd, the Adair Police Department was notified that there was a drunk male in the 600 block of 8th Street who had caused damage to a vehicle by hitting it with a dolly and had also punched holes in the apartment. 44-year-old Ryan James Cook was charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief 5th Degree. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety. Cook was also arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
In other activity, the Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Thomas J Lovell, of Creston, on July 27th on a warrant out of Colorado for the charges of Felony Menacing – Real/Simulated Weapon (two counts), Assault and Child Abuse. Lovell was held on no bond.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Alejandro Rivas De Armas, of Greenfield, on July 28th on a warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
The Adair Police Department arrested 32-year-old Dillon Jonathon Blazina, of Waukee, on July 23rd for OWI 2nd Offense. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Jordanne Rae Beardsley, of Fontanelle, on July 29th for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
