(Creston) A Creston man was cited following a two-vehicle accident Wednesday evening.
The Creston Police Department says 32-year-old Brice Maxwell, of Creston, was driving a 2004 Ford Freestar eastbound on Irving Street, approaching the intersection with Spruce Street. Maxwell failed to obey the yield sign and struck a southbound 2017 Infiniti QX60, driven by 41-year-old Mika Luddington, of Creston. A total of three occupants complained of pain and possible injury. All individuals were checked and cleared by medics.
Maxwell was given citations for failure to provide proof of financial liability, careless driving, fraudulent registration, and failure to carry registration.
