(Mondamin) Exira/EHK broke West Harrison’s unblemished conference record with an 8-3 win at Mondamin in a Rolling Valley baseball game on Friday night.
Jameson Kilworth led the Spartans at the plate with a single and a double, and Alex Hansen went 2-4 with a couple of doubles and 2 RBI. Gavin Bengard had a single, 2 RBI for the visitors.
Hansen pitched a complete game for the Spartans, allowing three runs, one earned, on six hits, striking three, and one walk.
The Spartans move to (8-5) on the season. West Harrison falls to (12-2).
