(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 37-year-old Jacob Wayne Dykes-Vargas, of Council Bluffs, in the 2400 block of N Broadway Street in Red Oak early this morning on a valid Pottawattamie County warrant for Violation of Probation. Dykes-Vargas was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and is being held awaiting extradition to Pottawattamie County on a $2,000 bond.
Chad Michael Hill, 44, of Red Oak, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 1800 block of E Summit Street on an active Adams County warrant for Failure to Appear. Hill was transported to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office and held on $600 cash only bond.
Penny Marie Griggs, 42, of Red Oak, was arrested Tuesday in the 100 block of E Maple Street for Driving while Suspended. Griggs was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $491.25 bond.
