Iowa Is Part Of Six-State Case Against Student Loan Forgiveness Argued In Front of the U.S. Supreme Court

(Washington, DC)  —  Iowa is one of six states represented by Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers in front of the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday on student loan forgiveness.  The plan would forgive all or part of student loan debt for 43-million eligible borrowers. The Supreme Court’s decision is expected in late June or early July.
