(Adair Co) A Greenfield man was arrested on a warrant for five counts of Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree and three counts of Enticement of a Minor under 16.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Dakota Layne Paxton was arrested February 20th and held on $20,000 cash or surety bond.
In other activity, the Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Talana Kaye Boan Roach, of Greenfield, on February 19th for Domestic Abuse Assault and Obstruction of Emergency Communications. Boan Roach was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
Dennis Gene Killion, 67, of Orient, was arrested February 20th for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order. Killion was held on $500 cash or surety bond.
The Adair Police Department arrested 27-year-old Matthew Henry Paulsen, of Adair, on February 21st for Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 2nd, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Paulsen was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond. Paulsen was arrested again on February 23rd for OWI 2nd Offense, Open Container and on a warrant out of Cass County for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order. Paulsen posted the $2,000 cash or surety bond with Adair County and was then transferred into Cass County’s custody.
Stuart Police arrested 39-year-old Andre Eugene Washington II, of Kokomo, Indiana on February 22nd for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 2nd, Felon in Control of a Firearm, and Trafficking Stolen Weapons 1st. Washington was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
Greenfield Police arrested 41-year-old Kristina Marie Johnson, of Greenfield, on February 24th for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order. Johnson pled guilty at her initial appearance and served a 48-hour sentence before being released.
Greenfield Police arrested 42-year-old Justin Alan Robertson, of Greenfield, on February 24th on a warrant for five counts of Unauthorized use of Credit Card under $1,500. Robertson was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
