(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 52-year-old Richard Bryan Jenkins of Red Oak on Saturday on 3rd – degree burglary charges, and assault with intent to conflict serious injury. Officer’s transported Jenkins to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $5,000 bond.
In a separate case, Police arrested 25-year-old Christopher Floyd Birdtail of Red Oak on a charge of 1st-degree harassment. Officer’s transported Birdtail to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $2,000 bond.
