(Ames, IA) — Iowa State University is reporting the school contributed five-billion dollars to Iowa’s economy last year. That’s 2.4 percent of the state’s gross domestic product. In a report posted on the ISU website, they say that supports more than 57-thousand jobs in Iowa… one out of every 36 workers.
