Atlantic Police Report

(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department reports 14 arrests between February 5^th and February 23^rd.

Michael Riley, 30, of Lewis, was arrested February 5^th on a warrant for Contempt of Court.

Esthefany Hayes, 27, of Atlantic, was arrested February 5^th for Operating While under the Influence 1^st.

Nathaniel Halterman, 44, of Atlantic, was arrested February 6^th for Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, Harassment 3^rd Degree and Violation of a No Contact Order.

Michael Messing, 42, of Griswold, was arrested February 6^th for Simple Assault.

Cody Pleis, 31, of Atlantic, was arrested February 8^th for Public Intoxication.

Renson Berdon, 30, of Atlantic, was arrested February 9^th on a Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear.

Timothy Brown, 32, of Atlantic, was arrested February 9^th for Aggravated Assault.

Gleen Raymond, 35, of Atlantic, was arrested February 11^th for Operating While Under the Influence 1^st, False Information Citation, Child Endangerment, and two warrants for Failure to Appear.

Weneity Seker, 26, of Atlantic, was arrested February 14^th for Public Intoxication.

Justine Jones, 29, of Atlantic, was arrested February 15^th on three Cass County warrants.

Cody Baker, 31, of Atlantic, was arrested February 18^th for Harassment 3^rd.

Mixon Founa, 28, of Council Bluffs, was arrested February 20^th for Public Intoxication.

Timothy Chupp, 19, of Atlantic, was arrested February 23^rd for Animal Neglect with Serious Injury of Death.

Mitchell Mullins, 42, of Atlantic, was arrested February 23^rd for Domestic Abuse Assault.

All individuals were taken to the Cass County Jail where they were booked in and held.
