(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Faith Leeann Clemmons, of Emerson, on Wednesday on a warrant for two counts of Child Endangerment. Clemmons was held on $10,000 bond.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested 46-year-old Sean Eugene Hicks, of Emerson, on Thursday for Misuse of 911 Communication. Bond was set at $300.
