(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man in Elliott following a call to the area of Main and Maple Street in Elliott for a possible domestic situation. During the investigation, deputies determined that there was no domestic situation; however, deputies arrested 57-year-old David Lee McLain for public intoxication. Authorities transported McLain to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $300.00 bond.
