(Harlan) The Harlan City Council approved a motion to draft an ordinance about “No Parking” on the east side of 19th Street, between Durant Street and Willow Street, between 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Harlan City Administrator Gene Gettys says this draft is safety driven in a heavily congested area.
Gettys noticed one of the community comments wondering about the summer months.
The draft that excludes the summer months will be forwarded to the City Attorney and placed on a future agenda. It will take three readings to adopt.
