The Rams rolled out to a 7-0 lead early in the first quarter and couldn’t hold it. Maddie Huddleson sparked the Trojans scoring drive with two three-point shots in the first half, Paytn Harter knocked down eight points, and the Trojans outscored the Rams 14-6 in the second frame, and carried a 25-17 lead into the locker room at the break.

Hopp took the game on her shoulders and scored eight points in the third and nine more in the fourth quarter to will her squad to a two-point deficit late in the game.
The loudest basket of the night did not come from Hopp. It came from the hands of Neyla Nanfito. Down by two, the 5’5 junior guard set her feet, fired a three-point bomb, and put her team up 43-42, and the Rams never trailed after that edging the Trojans 48-45.
Besides Hopp’s 27-points, Kate Hughes scored nine, Danika Arnold, seven, Nanfito three, and Molly Williams chipped in two points.
Paytn Harter led the Trojans with 25 points, Jada Jensen, eight, Maddie Huddleson, seven, Keira Olson, three, and Aubrey Guyer added two points for the Trojans.
