(Pottawattamie Co.) A Council Bluffs man was arrested this morning for Eluding. The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says 40-year-old Kyle Danny Mitchell was taken into custody after deputies were dispatched to assist ABLE 1 in pursuit of a vehicle from Nebraska to Iowa.
In other activity, 26-year-old Akot Marko Riak, of Le Mars, was arrested Wednesday after Deputies were notified of a possible intoxicated driver traveling southbound from the Harlan area entering Pottawattamie County. The vehicle was located at Highway 59 and York Road. Contact was made with the driver and after further testing Riak was transported to corrections where he provided a breath sample of .343. He was booked for OWI 2nd Offense.
Deputies arrested 28-year-old Darrell Jerome Boyer, of Council Bluffs, on Thursday at the Underwood Truck Stop. Boyer had an active arrest warrant for Violation of Probation.
