(Atlantic) Atlantic wrestler Kadin Stutzman signs a National Letter of Intent to Wrestle at Cumberland University in Tennessee.
Atlantic Middle School/High School Athletic Director and Assistant Principal Andy Mitchell congratulated Stutzman on his decision to take the next step in his wrestling and educational career.
Stutzman points to Coaching, family, and a new environment as part of his decision to wrestle for Cumberland University.
Stutzman says talks about the importance of a good practice partner.
Stutzman is the 2022 Class 2A State Champion at 170-pounds and finished off his High School career with an impressive 174-34 record, with 101-falls.
Kadin started wrestling at the age of five and wasn’t sure he wanted to pursue the sport, but thanks to the encouragement of his father, he kept going and kept improving.
Stutzman credits Atlantic Head Wrestling Coach Tim Duff for teaching mental toughness, and Stutzman says that mental toughness will get him through anything. Coach Duff was on hand for Stutzman’s signing on Thursday.
Kadin Stutzman says he will take Classes at Cumberland University to get him ready for an engineering degree.
