(Montgomery Co.) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Tucker Alan Tepoel, of Villisca, for Theft 2nd Degree. The charges stem from a joint investigation by the Sheriff’s Office and Red Oak Police Department into the theft of 863.99 gallons of fuel. Tepoel was held on $5,000 bond.
