(Creston) Creston Police arrested 24-year-old Kane Allen Michael Farlow of Creston on Saturday for Domestic Abuse, Assault-Strangulation, and Interference with Official Acts. In addition to those charges, Officers charged Farlow with a Department of Corrections Warrant for a Violation of Parole. Farlow had 7 Union County Warrants:
- DUS-Driving while License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled, or Revoked a Simple Misdemeanor
- Eluding-Speed 25 mph over limit-Second or Subsequent
- Reckless Driving
- Leave Scene of Accident-Property Damage Only
- DUS- Driving while License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled, or Revoked a Simple Misdemeanor
- Eluding-Speed 25mph over limit-Second or Subsequent
- Reckless Driving
Officers transported Farlow to the Union County Jail and held him on no bond.
Police arrested Frank Sylvester Mills Sr, 48, Lenox, at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement Center. Authorities charged Mills on a Union County Warrant for Assault, a Simple Misdemeanor. Mills is being held in the Union County Jail on no bond while serving the balance of his jail sentence.
On Sunday, Police arrested 26-year-old Tyler Jacob Knutson of South Dakota at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement Center with OWI 1st Offense. Knutson was taken to the Union County Jail and released on a $1000 cash or surety bond.
