Shenandoah woman arrested on a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault

(Page Co.) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested Melanie Joy Bowers, 37, of Shenandoah, on Sunday on a Page County warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault. Bowers was arrested at the Page County Jail. She later posted $1,000 bond and was released pending further court proceedings.
