Harlan man arrested for OWI and Open Container

(Adair) A Harlan man was arrested for OWI 1st Offense and Open Container-Driver. The Adair Police Department arrested 39-year-old Joshua William Cox on February 6th following a traffic stop near the 72 mile marker of Interstate 80 westbound. Cox was held in the Adair County Jail on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
