(Clarinda) Page County Deputies arrested 40-year old Crystal Cornett Messer of Clarinda, on Thursday, for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arrest stems from serving a court order from another incident at 1500 N. 16th Street in Clarinda. Deputies transported Messer to the Page County Jail and held her on a $300.00 bond.
*The Sheriff’s Office reminds the public; a charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
