(Creston) Creston Police arrested 30-year old Dalton James Cormeny of Creston on Tuesday night at the Union County Jail. Authorities charged Cormeny on two Cass County warrants for Failure to Appear, on the original charges of Driving While Barred, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), 1st Offense, 2nd – Degree Theft, 3rd – Degree Burglary, and 2nd – Degree Criminal Mischief. Officers will transport Cormeny to Cass County after doing time at the Union County Jail.
