(Atlantic) According to court records, Cass County Attorney Vanessa Strazdas entered a plea of guilty on Tuesday to the charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the Influence 1st Offense.
Strazdas was arrested the morning of Sunday, January 16th by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
The Cass County Board of Supervisors appointed Strazdas as the new county attorney on February 1, 2019 after Governor Kim Reynolds announced the appointment of County Attorney Michael Hooper as District Court Judge in the Fourth Judicial District.
