Cass County Supervisors approve resolution for economic development fund from VBP money

(Cass Co.) The Cass County Board of Supervisors approved a resolution for a fund for economic development from the Valley Business Park money.

The Valley Business Park contained 156 acres of property located at the intersection of I-80 and Highway 71 in both Cass County and Audubon County. The land sold in December for $16,000 per acre.
