(Afton) An Afton woman has been cited for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain control, and failure to provide proof of insurance following a rollover in Union County on Tuesday night.
45-year-old Selena Joann Lee was located at her residence and transported to the hospital by ambulance for leg pain. Deputies received a call about a vehicle on its side in the ditch near 205th and Cherry Street Road. Lee was northbound on Cherry Street Road and lost control. The 2005 Nissan Maxima hit the east side ditch and flipped around facing south before landing on the passenger side.
The vehicle sustained an estimated $4,000 damage.
