Nebraska Man arrested on Theft Charges in Montgomery County

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Nebraska man following a traffic stop early this morning.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office stopped 33-year old Lalo Guadalupe Walker of Omaha on Highway 48 and 120th Street. The investigation led to the arrest of Walker for a felony theft warrant out of Omaha.

Deputies transported Walker to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, waiting for extradition to Nebraska.
