(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested Chad Stanley Padilla, 20, of Red Oak, on Friday for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Padilla was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $1,000 cash bond.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cory Ross Smith, 37, of Elliott, following a traffic stop early this morning for Driving While Barred. Smith was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held on $2,000 bond.
