(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests.
52-year-old Marlene Elanor Anderson, of Ralston, was arrested November 9th on an active Carroll County Warrant.
30-year-old Justin Van Carver, of Harlan was arrested following a call for service on Monday.
Carver was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
