(Guthrie County) The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash on Saturday. The Sheriff’s Office said the accident happened at 11:50 a.m. at Willow Avenue and 210th Street.
According to the report, a northbound 2016 Nissan Frontier Pickup driven by 55-year old Leroy Edward Wagner of Waukee failed to yield and was struck on the driver’s side front wheel by an eastbound 2011 Ford F150 pickup driven by 50-year old Shawn Allen Baker. Wagner’s pickup came to rest in the ditch along 210th Street.
The occupants escaped injury. Officers cited Wagner for Failure to Obey a Yield Sign.
