(Page Co.) Three People were arrested on Theft charges in Page County.
The Page County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary in progress at 2648 320th Street in rural Page County at approximately 1:38 a.m. This is between Braddyville and Blanchard, and less than one mile from the Missouri State line. The vehicle had left the location prior to the Nodaway County Sheriff’s Office and Page County Sheriff’s Office arrival. Information on the vehicle’s whereabouts was ascertained by the Fremont County Dispatch and broadcast throughout the area via radio.
The Shenandoah Police Department found this vehicle in Shenandoah and conducted a traffic stop in Shenandoah. During the traffic stop, Keith James Land, 31,previously from Clarinda, Savannah Ashley Taylor, 29, of Council Bluffs, and Aaron Robert Gerald Cole, 27, of Atlantic, were arrested for two counts of Theft 2nd Degree, a class D Felony.
A 2017 Hull Trailer owned by Charles Dean Pease of Shenandoah was found to be stolen. The trailer was being towed by the vehicle that Land, Taylor, and Cole were in. Land, Taylor, and Cole are all being held in the Page County Jail on $10,000 bond pending further court appearances. Cole also has a hold from the Iowa Regional Correction Facility in Council Bluffs for escape from work release. There is no bond on this hold.
