Funeral services for 23 year old Eli Olsen will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Exira Lutheran Church in Exira, Iowa. Burial will be in the Exira Cemetery.
Eli Olsen died December 7, 1941 during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
Eli Olsen is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews and other relatives.
The family invites everyone to the Exira American Legion Park for a luncheon following the committal service. There will be some seating available, but everyone is encouraged to bring their own chairs.
Kessler Funeral Home in Exira is in charge of arrangements.
