Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office arrested Danielle Renee Madsen, 38, of Boulder, Colorado, on August 23^rd at the 32 mile marker of I-80 eastbound for Eluding While Exceeding the Speed Limit by 25 mph or more, Reckless Driving and Speeding.

The Sheriff’s Office also reports David George Mitchell, 22, was cited for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense following a traffic stop in Council Bluffs on August 24th.

Benjamin Paul Jones, 32, was arrested in the area of Sumac and Old Lincoln Highway on August 20^th for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense and Reckless Driving.

Nikki Mae Brown, 32, was arrested following a traffic stop at Highway 92 and Highway 59 on August 20^th for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Alexander Zacchaeus Hillers, 26, was arrested following a traffic stop on Old Lincoln Highway on August 21^st for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Sabrina Bobzien, 45, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 92 on August 25^th for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Logan Nathaniel Schulze, 22, was arrested following a traffic stop on August 22^nd on a hold for another Iowa agency.

James Gordon Hatella, 30, was arrested on August 22^nd for Fugitive from Justice after Deputies were dispatched to the Loves Travel Stop in Shelby for a Check Welfare.
