Harlan Police Report

(Harlan) A South Dakota man was arrested on drug, theft and other charges in Harlan.

The Harlan Police Department says Stephen Douglas Dennis, 50, of Sioux Falls, was arrested following a call for service on Monday. Dennis was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Theft 1^st, Theft 5^th, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Failure to have a Valid Driver’s License, and Improper use of Registration.

Harlan Police also arrested Kylee Ann Marie Sargent, 21, of La Vista, Nebraska, following a call for service on Sunday. Sargent was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Public Intoxication.

Kimberlee Anne Green, 34, of Harlan, was arrested on August 12^th on an active Shelby County warrant. Green was transported to the Shelby County Jail.

Jordan Leigh Confere, 27, of Harlan, was arrested August 6^th on an active Shelby County warrant. Confere was transported to the Shelby County Jail.

Rebecca Ann Boruff, 36, of Harlan, was arrested August 1^st on an active Pottawattamie County warrant. Boruff was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
