(Guthrie Center) The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office has released details on a pair of recent accidents, one of which involved a pickup and a bull.
At the time of the release, no farmers contacted by the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office had claimed the animal. Donald Wittrock, age 57 of Anita, was eastbound on White Pole Road west of Menlo early Tuesday morning when the collision occurred. Wittrock was transported to Methodist West by ground ambulance.
44-year-old Michael Krull, of Panora was travelling westbound on Sage Trail Wednesday night approaching Panora Drive. Krull missed the corner and lost control, entering the ditch off of Panora Drive with his vehicle coming to rest on the passenger side. Krull was charged with OWI and transported to the Guthrie County Jail.
